Here at Qualigence, we built our business on the hourly model. While we still believe it offers our clients the best value, we know that you have to choose the right model for your needs. 

That’s why we offer our services through all the most common recruiting models. Whether you want the flexibility of hourly, the speed of contingent, or the level of support from project outsourcing, we’ve got you covered.

HOURLY

How it Works 

We charge you by the hour for our time spent on the project. You pay as you go and can quit any time. Searches are typically capped at 18-25%*, meaning your total cost will either be the hourly total or a pre-established cap – whichever is less.

RETAINER:

How it Works 

With a retainer search, the client makes three payments that typically total 30%* of the candidate’s base compensation. The first payment is due upon starting, the second is due 30 days into the search, and the final payment when the candidate is hired.

  • Replacement guarantee of 12 months for any Qualigence placed candidates

CONTINGENT:

How it Works 

This is the traditional recruitment model – the client makes a single payment when the role is filled. This payment is typically 25%*, but may be as low as 20%*.

  • Replacement guarantee of 6 months

    CONTAINER:

    How it Works 

    Container is a mix of retainer and contingent. The client makes a down payment upon starting, with the remainder of the fee paid after the role is filled. The initial down payment is somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000*, with the total cost typically being 25%* of the candidate’s base compensation.
