We are adding a Full Desk Recruiter responsible for building your own book of business and managing the recruiting process to placement.

The Position Summary
As a Full Desk Recruiter specializing in sales and recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both business development and candidate placement. This dynamic position requires a combination of strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and talent assessment capabilities.
Top Skill Set
Business Development:
- Proactively prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with new clients, understanding their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and decision-makers to establish recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent needs.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various sources including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and counsel the candidate through the entire process
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to respond quickly to client demands and industry shifts.
Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Address client and candidate concerns promptly and proactively implement a timely feedback loop with clients and candidates to enhance client and candidate experience.
- Continuously nurture a network of professionals to expand business opportunities and candidate referrals.
- Negotiate and finalize offers, providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the entire cycle from interview, to offer, to close
- Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ATS exposure
