Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
We are in the business of judgment, and judgment starts with how you handle what people trust you with. This policy covers information collected on this site and in the course of our search, staffing, and advisory work.
Last updated July 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly - your name, work email, company, role, and anything you write in a form field. That happens when you book a strategy call, take the Drift Check diagnostic, download a resource, or apply for a role.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit the site - browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us understand what is useful and what is not.
For candidates in a search or staffing engagement, we collect the professional information needed to evaluate fit - resume details, work history, references, and notes from structured conversations.
How we use it
We use your information to do the work you asked us to do - respond to inquiries, run engagements, deliver diagnostic results, and match candidates to roles. We may also send you material we believe is relevant to your hiring decisions. You can opt out of that at any time.
Diagnostic responses are used to generate your score and diagnosis, and in aggregated, de-identified form to improve the instrument itself.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We do not share candidate information with a client without the candidate's knowledge, and we do not share client search details with candidates beyond what the engagement requires.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of service providers to run this site and our business - hosting, email, scheduling, and applicant tracking. They process information on our behalf, under contract, for those purposes only.
Within the Qualigence family of companies - Qualigence, Qualigence Staffing, LLI, CBI, and REI - information may be shared where an engagement spans more than one practice. The same standards apply across all of them.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, and only to the extent it requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for - active engagements, candidate relationships, and legal or accounting obligations. When it no longer serves a purpose, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@qualigence.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. We honor them regardless of whether the statute technically applies to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a minimal set of cookies for basic functionality and first-party analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser settings can block cookies entirely - the site will still work.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will say so plainly rather than bury it.
