Position Summary

The Recruiter serves as a strategic hiring partner to clients and internal stakeholders, delivering agile and mresults-driven recruiting support across multiple engagements. This role is responsible for developing high-quality candidate pipelines, managing hiring processes, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Success in this role requires strong recruiting expertise, consultative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently drive hiring outcomes within established timelines and budgets.

What You'll Own

Take the Lead

• Conduct client intake meetings and develop strategic hiring plans.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring objectives.

Consult & Deliver

• Set clear expectations with clients and stakeholders.

• Provide regular project updates and recommendations.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Drive Results

Performance expectations include:

• Achievement of weekly activity and production goals

• Cost of Hire not to exceed 20%

• Successful completion of hiring goals within contract timelines

• Achievement of annual revenue targets

Strategic Recruitment

• Manage 4–6 active projects simultaneously.

• Partner with research and sourcing teams to develop qualified candidate pipelines.

• Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.

Data-Driven Execution

• Maintain accurate, real-time activity tracking within the ATS.

• Utilize data and reporting to drive hiring decisions and project performance.

Client Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with clients.

• Serve as a consultative advisor throughout the hiring process.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and talent market intelligence.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and client experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and cold calling.

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions.

• Strong writing skills, including intake summaries, candidate presentations, and client communications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
