"Walk me through the last time you reduced downtime on a piece of equipment. What was failing? How did you diagnose it? What was your process?"

"What specific metric improved because of your work? By how much? How did you measure it? How long did the improvement last?"

"What was your specific role in that project versus the team's role? What decisions did you own?"
