Utilize 28 years of Staffing experience coupled with 9 years of Manufacturing experience to oversee the daily operations of a team of recruiters working at a staffing agency. They create long-term strategies for their organization, and are responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters that are results driven. Set staffing targets and then support the staff in achieving them.

My role is to lead a team of recruiters to fill open roles for our clients. This includes recruitment campaign development, candidate selection, compensation negotiation and analysis of hiring procedures / processes. I use a combination of Industry experience and hard/ soft skills to succeed in their roles.

How Do I Benefit You:
I identify and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, evaluate recruiters, develop and implement recruiting strategies and track recruitment metrics. I bring integrity, leadership, communication, strategic planning and overall knowledge or manufacturing recruiting
