Utilize 28 years of Staffing experience coupled with 9 years of Manufacturing experience to oversee the daily operations of a team of recruiters working at a staffing agency. They create long-term strategies for their organization, and are responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters that are results driven. Set staffing targets and then support the staff in achieving them.

This includes recruitment campaign development, candidate selection, compensation negotiation and analysis of hiring procedures / processes. I use a combination of Industry experience and hard/ soft skills to succeed in their roles.
