The Recruiting Consultant Position

As a recruiting consultant, your primary responsibility will be to exceed client expectations by assisting with exceptional direct hire placements. As part of this process, you’ll identify and engage qualified candidates. You’ll also consult the client, help manage project expectations, and collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible client experience. Your success will be measured by your submittal-to-interview rate and client feedback.

This role is unique in that it is non-commissioned – allowing you to focus on quality of hire above all else.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven ability to exceed expectations on recruiting projects
• Prior full cycle recruiting experience – preferably a blend of agency and corporate
• Expertise in advanced internet searching and cold calling
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online platforms
