Are your top employees looking to jump ship?

Yes they are, according to a recent survey of employed workers in the U.S.

According to the survey, conducted by Jobvite, more than half (51%) of all employees are currently looking for a new job while employed in their current position.

Employees are predominantly using social media to search for another opportunity, according to the survey. As many as 43% of employees are job searching from their cell phone while on the job. According to the survey, men are more likely to seek a new job than women, though there was little difference in age groups.

Employee retention and employer branding are a main focus for many organizations as the demand for top talent increases.
