Stephen M. Lowisz is a VP of Business Development for Qualigence International. Stephen joined Qualigence in November of 2013 and is responsible for identifying, developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients in order to exceed their research and recruiting needs.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
I enjoy the partnership. I get to partner with clients and come up with unique strategies and solutions to mitigate their biggest challenges. Then I get to take those solutions and partner with the Qualigence team to implement them. It’s all about great relationships, which I enjoy the most.
Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?
Creating partnerships with Fortune 100 clients to bring top talent to their organization brings the most pride to my role.
What makes you stay at Qualigence?
You can’t beat the culture. Although a cliché, it is like a football team. None of our jobs can be done without the others. It’s a collaborative environment with a common goal in mind.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
My day is two-fold. The first piece is meeting with both clients and internal teams. We partner and strategize with clients on a daily basis, but we also come up with plans internally to make the process as efficient and effective for the client as possible. The second part is generating new business and bringing nontraditional solutions to even the most effective sourcing and talent acquisition teams.
