Scott Wilson is the Recruiting Manager for Qualigence International. Scott joined Qualigence in February of 2013 and is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the recruiting team as well as collaborating with a growing list of clients to ensure they are provided quality candidates who will be driven and productive members of their team. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
The opportunity to assist our clients in identifying the best passive talent for their open positions. When the process works right, it is truly a partnership with our clients and that is a benefit of our model.
Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?
Filling positions that other agencies/recruiters have tried and been unsuccessful. Providing clients with tangible solutions to their recruiting problems.
What makes you stay at Qualigence?
The people. It is family environment and it is enjoyable to work somewhere with people who care about each other and want to see their peers succeed.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
There is never a typical day in recruiting and time management is critical to my success. Without the ability to prioritize projects and align the time needed accordingly, it makes for a long day.
