James “Jim” Fausone
Jim Fausone’s owns his own practice that specializes in business and administrative law, municipal representation, and environmental regulation. He graduated magna cum laude from the University Gonzaga University Law School in 1981. Previously, Jim earned two undergraduate degrees in environmental engineering and oceanography from the University of Michigan.
As the owner of multiple businesses, he understands the inner-workings of entrepreneurs. Jim is sought out by business owners and municipal leaders alike for legal counsel and maintains a deep commitment to his community.
