Research Consultant

Job Summary

The Research Consultant will utilize advanced phone and online sourcing methodologies to identify potential candidates to fill our clients’ positions. This person will have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and will be driven by the challenge of successfully obtaining the information our clients require. Project results will have a high level of accuracy to maintain the Qualigence reputation and commitment to delivering precise research results. The Research Consultant will prioritize client assignments based on deadlines, urgency, and direction from the Research Manager.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Work simultaneously on a variety of assigned client projects.
Prioritize client assignments based on deadlines, client urgency and direction from Research Manager.
Efficiently document time spent on each project to ensure invoice accuracy.
Maintain a high level of data accuracy in keeping with the commitment to precise research results.
Report to and work closely with assigned Research Manager, maintaining frequent communication regarding the status of projects.
Meet with Account Managers and Business Development Officers concerning projects.
Accept assigned projects with a commitment for delivering results.
Provide Operations with information needed to prepare documents accurately for the client.
Share best practice techniques with other researchers to enhance effectiveness of others.
Be an effective team player in an atmosphere where the overall objective is to meet client deadlines.
Accept additional responsibilities when required.

Position Requirements and Competencies:

Strong interpersonal, phone and computer skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to experiment with alternative techniques to obtain successful results.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be highly organized and results-driven.
Knowledge of and interest in the recruiting and sourcing industry preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
