The Qualigence Cares Foundation, Qualigence International’s nonprofit organization, will match the team’s total donations to the Autism Alliance of Michigan. The team goal is to raise $5K, with a $5K match from Qualigence Cares.
“We are proud to participate in an event for such a worthy and important cause,” said Qualigence International CEO Steve Lowisz. “We hope matching donations for the Autism Alliance of Michigan is an act that will truly make a positive impact for individuals in our local community.”
The Qualigence International team will have 60 participants at the Autism Heroes Walk as part of the Q Impact community involvement council founded by the organization last year.
In 2014, the Q Impact council donated more than $1500 in monetary donations and gifts to a local veteran identified through Livonia’s Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, participated in a benefit walk for the National Kidney Foundation, and donated warm clothing to HOPE Warming Center in Pontiac.
