When Starbucks Director of Global Sourcing Phil Hendrickson first arrived, a recruiting strategy was not in place and the company’s internal research library was essentially non-existent.
Starbucks partnered with Qualigence International to create a sourcing function from the ground up. Qualigence provided an extensive research database of passive candidate from which Starbucks recruiters could source. Qualigence successfully met the challenge of building a steady pipeline of candidates for Starbucks, providing quality research and organizational information on viable candidates for present and future use.
