Nancy Plumley

VP, Finance and Administration


Nancy Plumley is the Vice President, Administration at Qualigence International. In this role, Nancy oversees the Operations department and manages and coordinates all activities inside and out of the office, including scheduling candidate calls and meetings with clients as well as additional Executive Assistant duties and functions. Nancy also oversees payroll and benefits for all Qualigence employees. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Central Michigan University.

 

What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?

I enjoy the variety in my role. I touch so many different areas - HR, finance, managing Steve's travel and schedule, 401k, benefits...my role reaches into a lot of different areas. No two days are the same.


 

Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?

I’m proud of the fact that we’ve streamlined a number of processes for improved efficiency and that everyone in the department is cross-trained for seamless coverage during absences.

 
 

What are 3 things you would tell a candidate about working at Qualigence?
