Monster's new program, called TalentBin, allows the user to view candidate profiles that may fit the role requirements, aggregated by social search across the web in addition to Monster's database. Monster also launched Twitter Cards, which allows recruiters to enhance their paid job Tweets with images and content.
The third program, Talent CRM, allows recruiters to source candidates as well as maintain and communicate with the talent pool.
Still, not all talent can be found on job boards or social media. According to a 2014 Talent Trends report by LinkedIn, 80% of the talent population is considered passive talent. These individuals are likely not applying for jobs online. Recruiters are seeing more of a need to turn to more hybrid strategies, in which they utilize research, conversation, and professional relationship cultivation in order to find and retain the best possible talent.
