VP, Global Business Development
Kirk Kameg is the Vice President of Global Business Development for Qualigence International. Within this role, Kirk is responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales and Account Management teams. Kirk leads, engages and develops in-house strategies utilized by both departments. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from Central Michigan University with dual minors in Business and Management Information Systems.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
The fact that every single day is different than the day before, all while being able to have an impact on my team and my clients.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?What is a typical day, every day is different!? I make my day productive by focusing on the client and the staff working hard day in and day out. I commit to leading, growing and developing my staff with as much as I have to offer. I manage projects, manage meetings, look for new business, work with my teams and help anyone I can each and every day.
What makes you stay at Qualigence?
The people, both our clients and my colleagues.
Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?
Watching the growth of the Research Department into the largest group in our history. Also, helping to put structure into the Research and Recruiting departments, providing people opportunities to grow and develop.
