Project Manager, Continuous Improvement
Kevin Goryl is Project Manager, Continuous Improvement at Qualigence International. Kevin joined the Qualigence team in June of 2010 as a Research Consultant and advanced to Continuous Improvement in 2013. In his current role, Kevin monitors the Research for quality prior to client delivery, ensuring that all data is accurate. Kevin also conducts Research, assigns projects, and manages projects for a variety of client needs. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Management from Western Michigan University.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
The variety of projects and jobs allow us to become knowledgeable across the board.
Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?
I have implemented a couple of ideas that I see have added value to the company.
What makes you stay at Qualigence?
The flexibility and people I work with.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
On any typical day, I will work on my Research projects but also monitor and check over documents before they are sent to the client. I also schedule the assignments for the following day as well as manage projects on an as-needed basis.
