What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
I enjoy the diversity of my day. As an account manager, you are a manager on your projects yet also incorporate sales into your role and build relationships with clients. There isn't just one set role that we perform every day.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
My typical day as an account manager is to know where my projects are each day and what is needed on that project. I check to see if a project needs any additional information such as new targets. I watch the hours on my projects to make sure that we do not go over budget. I enter new projects into Invenias and write up new projects for research as they come in. I send research updates for each project each day to our clients. I make warm sales calls into existing clients to keep relationships fresh and continued business coming in as well as cold calls into new contacts within existing accounts for new business. All of this each day keeps me productive!
