Tech marketing firm ePrize recently posted a photo to Instagram asking one of their top interns to become a permanent addition to the team.
The intern, Samantha Bankey, is "highly engaged" on Instagram, her employers told the press. They knew they'd catch her eye by posting about the job.
The posting follows suit with many job posting changes on Twitter and elsewhere. Instagram's new tagging feature, which went public last week, allows users to tag each other as well as brands. The change has potential to immensely increase visibility for companies and further customer service relationships, according to Ad Week.
