When it comes initiating the job search, knowing where to start can be a huge feat. Such attributes might put an organization on Forbes’ “The 100 Best Companies to Work For 2016.”

This list is determined by employee surveys and weighs the most sought-after components of today's ideal workplace. Each of these organizations is currently hiring, thereby increasing the list’s value for job seekers.

According to Forbes, here are the top ten best companies to work for and the roles for which they are hiring the most.

Qualities of companies on the top 10 list include health care, work from home options, child care, fitness centers, gym memberships, college tuition reimbursement, diversity, paid time off, compensation, and other factors. Many of these companies also made the list in 2015.
