Recruiting Guarantees
- Your Cost Per Hire (CPH) will not exceed 19% of the base salary of the placed candidate for all non-executive positions. That means you pay for the actual hours or the capped cost – WHICHEVER IS LESS!
- Your Cost Per Hire (CPH) will not exceed 22% of the base salary of the placed candidate for all executive positions. That means you pay for the actual hours or the capped cost – WHICHEVER IS LESS!
- Should a placed candidate be terminated for performance within the first 6 months of employment, we will replace that individual at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
- Should a placed candidate be terminated for performance within the first 12 months of employment, after utilizing our proprietary Performance Blueprint, we will replace that individual at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
Sourcing Guarantees
- On average, for every 3 candidates submitted by our sourcing consultant for your consideration, you will interview at least 2. Should this ratio drop below 66% on average, we will provide additional candidates at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
- You will receive a pre-determined minimum number of accepted candidates for each assigned position.
Research Guarantees
- All submitted research data has been validated within 24 hours of its submission. Any incorrect information will be corrected at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
- For all research only requests, submitted contact information shall include at least one piece of direct contact information such as an email address or direct dial phone/cell number.
Certain restrictions and/or exclusions can apply to all service guarantees. Any guarantees will be stated in writing prior to initiation of any engagement. Guarantees and caps are based on scope of project
