Director, Sales Operations
Devin Jaroslawski is the Director of Sales Operations for Qualigence International. Within this role, Devin leads our sales development efforts where new members of the sales team learn our business, develop a client base, and have an opportunity for growth. Devin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
What I enjoy most is my role allows me to work with many members of the Qualigence team while also dealing directly with our clients.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
Each day is truly different; between calls with clients, internal meetings with our team, sourcing for all my searches, coaching/mentoring, etc. my day is filled. It makes the day fly by!
