Sourcing Consultant
LOCATION:Livonia/Shelby Office (MUST complete training in Livonia)
FLSA Status: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
The sourcing consultant is responsible for identifying and calling qualified candidates to determine if they could be potential fits for our clients. They will identify candidates through LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, social media, and other tools if necessary. Next, they will call candidates to ask them basic qualifying questions, present details on the position, and confirm the candidates’ interest. Through the whole process, the sourcing consultant will stay in communication with the client and provide exemplary customer service.

Our sourcing service focus on not only identifying quality candidates but pre-screening them with basic qualifying questions. We call candidates to ask them questions confirming their experience, qualifications, and interest in the role. This allows our clients to streamline their recruiting process with a list of qualified, engaged candidates.
Responsibilities
- Meet weekly candidate submittal goals.
- Satisfy clients by sourcing quality candidates. Regardless of whether we make a hire, our clients should be satisfied with a good number of quality submittals.
- Make calls to identify, engage, and pre-screen the candidates the client needs.
Position Requirements and Competencies
- Experience working as a sourcer or junior recruiter
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with customer service and client interaction
- Familiarity with submittal-hiring metrics
- Close attention to detail
- Boolean search experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and client needs simultaneously
Additional Information
- This is a full-time exempt position with hours typically averaging approximately 45+ hours per week
