Research/Sourcing Consultant
Our business has a unique opportunity for you to join the team in a dynamic dual role as a Research/Sourcing Consultant. This position combines our research and sourcing departments and plays a versatile part in the company and can move fluidly through both departments as the business dictates.
The Research/Sourcing Consultant’s job is to help us identify candidates to fill our clients’ open positions. You’ll play a role in changing the recruiting industry and getting large companies across the country the talent they need to succeed. If you’re a self-starter who loves talking to people and learning about new roles, industries, and businesses, this will be a perfect fit.
You will spend a minimum of ninety (90) days working in the Qualigence Research group before learning the sourcing/recruiting role. You will flex between positions depending on business needs after completing training for both roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work simultaneously on a variety of assigned client projects.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy in keeping with the commitment to precise research results.
- Report to Research and/or Sourcing Managers and work closely with the Service Delivery Team.
- Maintain frequent communication regarding the status of projects.
- Accept assigned projects with a commitment for delivering results.
- Share best practice techniques with other team members to enhance effectiveness of others.
- Be an effective team player in an atmosphere where the overall objective is to exceed client expectations.
- Driving timely execution of the sourcing, resume review and screening processes.
- Develop strategies for current and future needs, including building pipelines.
- Establish personable and respectful relationships with candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels including internet, social networking sites, networking, cold-calling, referrals, etc.
- Investigates and incorporates new sourcing methods and tools to create innovative sourcing approaches.
- Accept additional responsibilities when needed.

- Strong interpersonal, phone and computer skills.
- Must be able to comfortably communicate with candidates and clients of all levels.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to experiment with alternative techniques to obtain successful results.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be highly organized, results-driven and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research and cold calling.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online platforms.
• Knowledge of and interest in the recruiting and sourcing industry.
