As a QPS BDO, you’ll play a foundational role in the sales process by bringing in new accounts. Your work as a BDO will be key to growing the business and helping Qualigence expand into new markets.
LOCATION: You can work remotely or on-site at our Livonia office (or both), wherever you are most comfortable.

Position Summary
You will be responsible for driving sales of the newly launched Qualigence Performance Solutions (QPS) vertical. This is a mixture of a hunting role and consulting. You are responsible for developing relationships with current Qualigence clients as well as discovering new clients. The target company size for these services is small-mid-large sized companies across all industries on a global basis. The target demographic will be C-Suite Level individuals. You will become a subject matter expert across all Qualigence Performance Solutions which include, Predictive Index, Perception Predict, Open Blend & Qualigence Leadership Training.
QPS supports organizations with tools, services, and consulting to improve candidate selection, drive team performance, develop leaders and help create sustainable businesses. You will be consultative selling: which means you are selling solutions/platforms. This sometimes involves training the team. This can involve travel or virtual training.
In this role, you will be expected to partner with our Core Services Team (Sales Team) to ensure successful hand-off of new business leads while also receiving leads from the Core Services team.

- Exceed quarterly/annual QPS revenue goals ($100K in first 12 months)
- Bring in 2 new QPS logos per quarter
- Drive “X” revenue per platform (PI, PP, OB)
- Refer $100,000 in Core Services business to Qualigence team
