You’ll help our clients identify candidates they couldn’t find on LinkedIn, job boards or anywhere else. This is an opportunity to join the largest recruitment research team in the country and provide a vital service to companies navigating a tight labor market.
LOCATION: You can work remotely or on-site at our Livonia office (or both), wherever you are most comfortable.

The Delivery Consultant Position
Your primary role as a Delivery Consultant, Name Generation, is to identify candidates for our clients’ open positions and verify their contact information, as well as org mapping, list verification, market intel. You’ll leverage web scraping tools, advanced search engine techniques, and phone calls to uncover the candidates that companies need to hire. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate names and exceed clients’ expectations beyond just title but function. This role also offers advancement opportunities to sourcing and recruiting positions.
The Ideal Candidate
You may be an ideal candidate for our delivery consultant position if:
- You’re a self-starter who loves talking to people and learning about new roles, industries, and businesses
- You are comfortable making cold calls on a regular basis
- You are able to think on your feet and get creative when new challenges arise
