The Recruiting Manager Position

As the recruiting manager, your job is to ensure every project of yours as well as every person on your team exceeds client expectations. You will provide day-to-day guidance and support to the members of your team and manage their effectiveness in meeting performance goals. You’ll also consult the client, help manage project expectations, and collaborate with a client relationship manager and our delivery director to provide the best possible client experience. Your success will be measured in terms of how many of your clients are retained, the growth of your client book, team utilization and client survey scores.

Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to exceed expectations on individual and team recruiting projects
  • Experience coaching and developing a successful team of direct/indirect reports
  • A track record of success in exceeding team, client and candidate expectations
