LOCATION: You can work remotely or on-site at our Livonia office (or both), wherever you are most comfortable.

The Customer Success Manager Position
Your primary responsibility as a customer success manager will be to consult with clients and offer solutions to their pain points. You’ll create plans to grow your book of business, assist CSAs with any needs they may have, and develop marketing strategies to promote yourself to clients and prospective clients. Your success will be measured in terms of monthly revenue goals, revenue growth from current client base year over year, client retention rate, and customer service scores.
The Ideal Candidate

You thrive when you’re building real relationships with clients, not selling transactionally
You have a “do what it takes” attitude while still maintaining high ethical standards and integrity
Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
One year of experience as an account manager in the recruiting industry
Maintained a book of business with a proven track record of growth and retention
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based applications
Experience using CRM software/applications is a plus
