LOCATION: You can work remotely or on-site at our Livonia office (or both), wherever you are most comfortable.

The Customer Success Associate Position 

As a CSA, your primary responsibilities will be to close repeat business and coordinate with our team to exceed client expectations on every project. You’ll assist the delivery team in project management and setting client expectations. Furthermore, you’ll act as a true consultant to clients and partner with marketing to promote yourself to clients and prospective clients. Your success will be measured in terms of monthly revenue goals, revenue growth from current client base year over year, client retention rate, and customer service scores.

The Ideal Candidate 

You may be an ideal candidate for the CSA role if:

  • You’re highly organized and pay attention to small details while juggling different projects
  • You thrive when you’re building real relationships with clients, not selling transactionally
  • You have a “do what it takes” attitude while still maintaining high ethical standards and integrity

Candidate Requirements 

  • Minimum 1-year previous client service, sales or account management experience required

  • Prior experience in a recruiting environment a plus

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based applications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

  • Experience using CRM software/applications is a plus
