Business Development Manager

As a business development manager, you’ll be our point person for all new business sales at the organization.

By leading a tight-knit team of business development officers (BDOs), you’ll be our point person for bringing in new logos. You’ll have the opportunity to play an invaluable role in growing the organization and expanding the business to new markets.

Your coaching will also be instrumental in helping BDOs reach higher and higher sales quotas as they gain new skills and experience.

POSITION: 

Business Development Manager

As our business development manager, your primary goal will be to ensure your team is driving revenue by bringing in new business.  

To achieve this goal, you will hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of BDOs. You’ll plan, set and achieve ambitious yet realistic sales goals, as well as create sales forecasts.  

You’ll also help each BDO reach greater levels of success through coaching, skills training, and leading by example. 

Your success will be measured by your team’s ability to reach sales quotas and bring in new logos, as well as the growth of your team’s results over time.
