Alyssa Ramsey is a Marketing Specialist for Qualigence International. Alyssa joined Qualigence in April of 2015 and is responsible for creating, developing and executing ongoing marketing strategies to inform prospective clients on Qualigence services as well as educate the talent acquisition community on recruiting best practices. Utilizing her graphic design background, Alyssa provides targeted content through a spectrum of marketing elements including web, print collateral, emails, social media, videos, and advertising. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Rochester College.
What do you most enjoy about your role at Qualigence?
I love being able to create/design a piece that sends a message and it having an impact.
Proudest/noteworthy accomplishments in your role?
Helping with the marketing strategy. In terms of projects, I particularly enjoyed creating the IT Talent Infographic and how it came together.
What makes you stay at Qualigence?
It's a great company to be a part of. I enjoy having the design and creative freedom.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
Each morning I utilize Pardot, a business-to-business marketing automation software that tracks our digital website traffic, to send leads to the sales team. Each day I design Infographics, logos, flyers, video, and web content, help with the development and execution of the overall marketing plan/strategy - I make it productive by listening to music and drinking a lot of coffee!

What do you value most in the structure of Qualigence?
It's a tie, but if I had to choose first it would be leadership, then culture, autonomy and stability are all in close second.
