Easter Seals Serving DC | MD | VA, an organization that provides equal opportunity services to people with disabilities or special needs, including military, wounded warriors, veterans and their families, was in need of identifying and placing professionals for the following positions through 2015:

  • Senior Manager of Annual Giving
  • Campaign Director

These positions were to be located at the Easter Seals headquarters at The Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center in Maryland.

The client tasked Qualigence International Senior Research Consultants and Senior Recruiting Consultants to target, identify, develop, and qualify key candidates within specified criteria, including candidate assessment and background identification, and provide this intelligence to the client for further engagement and placement of a hire.
