  • 1. How are your research services charged?
     

    All research conducted is completed on an hourly rate ranging from $105/hr to $110/hr depending on the scope of the project. The overall cost of the project will depend on the number of target companies we are calling into, the size of the groups within the target companies and the geographic location of companies.

  • 2. What industries/levels do you specialize in?
     

    As an organization we consider ourselves research generalists but have individuals with specialized skills and expertise in certain industries, functions, and levels that will be assigned based around the specifics of your project.

  • 3. Can you work on a global basis?
     

    Yes. Our research methodology stays consistent no matter the geographic region we are calling into. We have proven success with several globally recognized brands in all sectors of the world.

  • 4. How long does a project typically take?
     

    Being that all of our clients are just as important as the next, we work on a first-in first-out basis. The lead time to start working on a project will depend on capacity in-house but know you will start seeing results of the search within 24-48 hours of the start of the project. The length of the project will depend on several key items; the amount of target companies, the size of the groups within the targets, the complexity of the position itself, and the geographic location of the companies. There is no-minimum commitment as the client, so you have the ability to start and stop the process as you feel fit.

  • 1. What are the costs associated with Recruiting?
     

    All Recruiting is completed on an hourly rate ranging from $120/hr to $130/hr depending on the level of the position. The overall cost of the project will depend on the level of service and how involved in the process the client would like our Recruiting Consultants to be in order to make a quality hire.

  • 2. What industries/levels do you specialize in?
     

    As an organization we consider ourselves generalists but our Recruiting Consultants employ specialized skills and expertise in certain industries, functions, and level of position that will be assigned based around the specifics of your search.

  • 3. Can you work on a global basis?
     

    Yes. We have successfully identified and placed talent within all industries and at all levels with globally recognized brands in all sectors of the world.

  • 4. What sets your Recruiting services apart?
     

    With an average of 13.7% cost per hire, our hourly cost structure saves our clients thousands of dollars per placement. We pride ourselves on a unique approach to recruiting that can’t be found at other search firms and our level of involvement is fully determined by the client – our services are tailored to fit your team’s needs.

  • 5. Do you offer a Recruiting guarantee?
     

    Within our Full Cycle Recruiting services, Qualigence International offers a guarantee to cap the cost of the project at a pre-determined percentage. The client will pay the lesser amount between time spent on a project and a specified cost per hire percentage. This provides the assurance that the project will not exceed the cap and is far lower than contingent or retained full cycle fees. The percentage will be agreed upon prior to the project kickoff and will vary in accordance to specific details of the project parameters.
