Recruiting Consultant

FLSA Status: Exempt

Recruiting Consultant:

A Recruiting Consultant at Qualigence International is not like that of other third party firms. The relationship with our clients is much more meaningful and managed as a true partnership. Whether contingent or retained, our professional services model sets us apart from traditional agencies. Qualigence International Recruiters are expected to serve as the recruiting subject matter expert with each client, not just as a way to fill seats.

Are you tired of the administrative burden of a corporate recruiter? Are you tired of overselling candidates to get your commission as a contingent recruiter? Are you sure that the traditional retained search model is not as valuable as it once was? If your focus is on finding the right candidate for the right role and for the right reason, then Qualigence International is the logical choice. Our professional Recruiting Consultants are compensated for their time and expertise – similar to that of an attorney or accountant – and not based on the ‘heads’ they place.

What do our Recruiting Consultants have in common?

  • A desire to identify and recruit the right candidate for the right role and for the right reason
  • The ability to work with our proprietary internal research function in support of each position assigned
  • The desire to communicate directly with the client, establishing a mutually beneficial business relationship not controlled by sales or other functions
  • The drive to work as part of team. Our model eliminates the “That’s my candidate syndrome” commonly associated with third party agencies
  • An ability to prioritize assignments based on direct client interaction and feedback
  • A heavy focus on client service and delivery
